Excellent service from scheduling to doing a quote to completed installation of heating and cooling unit and duct work. On-time, friendly, cleaned as they worked and presented instructions on how to work the thermostat clearly.

We hired them to replace our aging furnace, and couldn't be happier. Not knowing how to select a furnace, we asked for quotes from several HVAC contractors. The technician arrived exactly when he said he would to review our requirements, and was the only contractor we spoke with to recommend an integrated heat pump unit to save money in addition to the furnace. The pricing was competitive, and the installation was professionally done exactly when promised. The technicians were polite and one of the owners arrived to explain everything to us once it was done. We were treated like family. Great experience!

I’ve had excellent experiences with ARTC Heating & Cooling, in Irving, TX. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. The owner Jesús is the nicest man: kind, courteous, friendly and respectful. These qualities are important to me along with expertise! I’ve been fortunate to have Jesús present for every service this company has performed for me, including installing a new HVAC system. I also like their very affordable monthly service plan you can optionally sign up for (which I did); it’s $5 less per month than the last company I did business with. The office staff is also outstanding without exception: friendly and welcoming. I can highly recommend this company.

He was friendly, professional, and efficient and took time and trouble to talk through the installation so that the units were positioned optimally in the rooms.
